Released in 1980, on vinyl in limited press, "Brain Damage" encompasses a refreshing mix of punk, rad hardcore and new wave influences with plenty of varied rhythms throughout. A rare independent production, remastered 30 years later from a long lost reel, magnifiscently brought back to life in its original unembellished raw crispness ready to blast in the welcoming hands of old and new listeners.

THE MDS @ 7TH ANNUAL GUAJATAKA DOWNHILL & MUSIC FESTIVAL
January 26th 2013, at Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. Next to a lineup that included acts like Vivanativa and Un.Real, we took stage to unleash our finest performance yet with an array of "Brain Damage" classics and new tracks from our long lost recovered recordings. It witnessed the debut of drummer Fernando Rodriguez, then on guitar. Drums were played by Drumsumo, who collaborated with us for two years prior to the arrival of Fernando.
Jerry's acrobatics were as unruly as they were proud, as we took command of the evening's golden performance, showcasing our renewed edge. Classic Tracks such as "Brain Damage", "The Bug", "CTs", and new songs from our long lost recovered tunes like "Future Love" and others soon to be added, recorded as part of a live EP.
